Join Andrea as she walks you through the world of baking and pastry arts! This 7 week class will focus on the fundamentals of baking. Together we will walk through the various methods of baking with you either selecting a specific class or the entire program. Take one week or take the entire course, the option is yours. Space is limited for each class allowing for hands on experience and time to ask questions. Andrea will having you whipping up beautiful desserts at home in no time. Each lesson/class will include a demonstration/ teaching portion as well as a hands on lesson for you to create something to take home. Andrea will walk you through Cakes, Cookies, Bread, Pies and pastry, custards, creams and frostings. Together we will wisk billowy piles of meringue, make and decorate beautiful cakes and master pies and breads. While each class will focus on a specific lesson Andrea does encourage you to take more than one class in order to achieve your maximum potential as a home baker. This 7 course lesson is an introductory level. Andrea will offer different leveled classes in the future. From beginner to advance there will be a class for everyone!

Each class will include a baked item created or finished by you to take home and show off to your family.

CLASS NEEDS: Pen and Paper, Closed toed shoes, long pants, minimal jewelry and hair pulled back. Andrea will supply an apron and all ingredient needs for the lesson.

Class size is limited and on a first come basis. Classes are non-refundable if you are unable to attend but transferrable to someone else if needed.
